played a game with members form another clan just then and they were talking about a ladder comp they play in.

that is the "pro league" and it seem that you can enter. i haven't had a major look into it yet.

but yeah im fucking keen to get into this.

Another reason to have a war server to practice on.

i think the sooner we join the better because a lot of clans are getting more experience just from playing this ladder and we are getting left behind hahah

yeah but i'm not gonna enroll in a ladder when 75% of our games is us bitching at each other or blaming one another for death/kill steal lol

once we can work like a team im keen as but im not gonna play games where i'm peed off n bored on round 3

thats why it would be good to get people that dont rage... even if they arnt the best players.. like i would say personally i get along best with deano and clown.. and rubber and you (dutchie) most of the time..

i would rather be in a team of people that play for fun and to win then i team that is too serious and rages at every little thing.

yeah but what your not grasping is that even the people that u mentioned including yourself have all had in game raging issues even i have at certain points.

The prob isn't who is playing the prob is we need to be able to work together and not rage and keep cool and not display your anger when u die in any way. Until we can establish that game play we will get raped in any comp

once our server is up and we can establish where each player is best suited on mainly played maps and what guns we all buy (which is quite important) then we will be ready enter to ELO ladder Competitions otherwise we will get crushed doesnt matter who is playing.

P.s if we where gonna start a ladder team it would most likely consist of our top 5-6 players and if we have enough and it is permitted we will run another neXus team. And the teams will be decided by myself, deano n maybe Leaders depending on the situation.

i think in a situation where i was told i can't play a fun comp ladder with no real winner because i have a lower rank then someone else then i would have to leave to find a clan that would accept players that just actually want to have fun. and im sure there are people that would agree with me.

so what ur suggesting is for me to pick u instead of another player which would make him wanna leave lol

that's why i'm gonna try 2 teams so we can have our best players (not ranks) in one team and another with every remaining member having a choice to play in (as long as we are aloud to do so)

there is not one player in this clan more important then another but i would have thought we would want our clan to win lol and

by saying if you didn't get to play in a comp which does have a winner u would rather leave is putting yourself above others lol & no one said you wouldn't be in the main team as i said once we practice and figure out strats and who plays best together as a team, they will be pick for the team and it has nothing to do with ranks.

p.s there is only a select amount of players aloud to enroll in a tournament which means not all player will be able to play whether i want them to or not.
